Original WW2 reports: Synthetic Lubricating Oils / Synthetic Oil Production in France

Two very slim reports issued in small numbers by the Combined Intelligence Objectives Sub-Committee, early 1945. 10 x 7.5 inches, 25 x 19 cms. Totalling 12 pages mimeographed typewritten text.

"The manufacture of synthetic lube oil is a subject of vital interest at this time to the U.S. Navy ..." and "This company was requested by the German Navy to prepare a substitute for Camel-Hoof oil, which was being used as a torpedo lubricant ..." (extracts from the two reports).
